Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Adapted from Food52's Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Notes
- 2 cups rhubarb, diced
- Used 3 tablespoons of tapioca starch instead of corn starch
- Used lime juice instead of orange juice
- Used different recipe for pie crust (from Michael Rhulman's book "Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking")
- Mixed filling right before adding it to the pie plate
- Filling was a bit sour in my opinion
