Baileys Ganache Tart with Pecan Crust

  • Approx. 2 cups whole pecans, toasted (10 oz?)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 14 oz. Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips

  • 14 oz heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tablespoons Baileys

Finely grind pecans in a food processor. Make crust by mixing sugar, salt, and butter into the pecans.

Press crust into a round tart pan. Freeze crust for 20 minutes then bake at 400F for 16 minutes. Cool crust.

Make ganache and pour into crust.

Notes

Reduce amount of Baileys.
