Blueberry Pancakes
Recipe from Michael Ruhlman’s Pancakes
8 oz. milk
2 eggs
2 oz butter (1/2 stick), melted (sometimes I use canola oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz. flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Yields approximately (8) 4” pancakes
